My Entrepreneurial Journey

My entry into the world of entrepreneurship began with a keen interest in system development and process automation. I initially focused on creating an efficient bookkeeping system, which became the foundation for our future growth. However, the road to success was not without its challenges. The early days were marked by overcoming obstacles like high worker turnover and managing day-to-day operations.
